I have finished a few more rows on my crochet project.

It's harder to find time to stitch this time of year but I hope you are able get in some stitching

Christmas Eve Wishes CAL

This is a free Crochet ALong offered by https://madebyanita.co.uk/ - click here to go to her web site.

When you get to her site, click on the "week one" button to go to the page with download buttons.

One is for a pdf file with US crochet terms and the other is for a pdf file with UK crochet terms.

This was offered on the blog in July (UK crochet terms only).  The pdf files are recommended as they offer new instructions that are easier to follow.

WIP Lady of the Flag

I would have expected more progress after seeing how long it's been since my last update.

It may be slow but any progress is OK with me.

WIP Lady of the Flag

I stitched a very little bit on the dress. I may have thought finishing the flag was quite an achievement but I will more impressed with myself when the dress is finished.

Enjoy any stitching you find time to do this weekend.

Lady of the Flag WIP

I decided to finish the flag on July 4th after this had been sitting idle for so long. The flag took much longer than I was thinking it would but I am ready to move on to finishing the dress now.

One new accessory that is most helpful in keeping my place in this larger project is a Stitch Tracker available at https://www.purplehobbies.com/store/p63/Stitch_Tracker.html#/.

 Keep on stitching ♥

Celebrate July 4th

Have a safe and happy July 4th as you celebrate freedom in this great land of ours.

I found this picture here

There is a Time Finish

I finished There is a Time from the Joy in the Journey leaflet. As you can see I did not stitch the potted plants at the bottom. The finish turned out to be 5 x 7 which seemed like it would be easier to frame and I like the way it looks, too.

Enjoy your weekend and take time to stitch.

There is a Time WIP

This is the second chart I am stitching from the Diane Williams leaflet called Joy in the Journey.

I changed the color of the house to red instead of a light tan.

Joy in the Journey Finish

This was such a wonderful project to stitch.  I have not decided which chart in this leaflet I will do next but I may have to switch to another project before I can start another Joy in the Journey chart.

I hope you can find time to stitch this holiday weekend.

Joy in the Journey WIP

I have started Joy in the Journey by Diane Williams. I certainly enjoy her charts. This is a leaflet with several charts in it. I don't see this leaflet on line anywhere right now but the title chart that I have started is available as a stand alone chart several places.

It is available at 123 Stitch  as a single chart.  I also saw it on ebay and etsy as either a kit by Designs for the Needle or as a downloadable pdf chart in some places.

Happy Easter

Finish Mom's Best Pies

I only stitched part of the entire chart but it's my favorite part so I am calling this one done.

I have some charts by Diane Williams called Joy in the Journey that I ordered from Amazon and I cannot wait to get started on them.

Have a great weekend of stitching.

Mom's Best Pies

I haven't made very much progress since Christmas but I think I will stitch until the bottom of the list of pies and then put the checkerboard strip and call it done.  I have so many other projects I am looking forward to stitching next.

Happy Stitch Days
