I must say thank you to the clever lady on the 123 Stitch message board who posted a tip about working with the metallic threads...I was having fits with the thread until I read about putting a slip knot with the short end right up near the eye of the needle. Prior to that after about every 5 or 6 stitches the metallic thread would slip out of the needle and have to be re-threaded.
I really felt like I was the "boss of the floss" once I put a slip knot every time I threaded the needle with the metallic thread.
