I loved this flatbread because it is gluten free and I had long ago given up trying different gluten free bread recipes - they seemed to ruin the sandwich I was trying to eat. I don't mind eating my sandwich filling wrapped in lettuce or cabbage leaves but I really do prefer bread.
The plus was that they make the perfect size slices for the quinoa patties we had for lunch.
We have been eating quinoa patties for years instead of hamburger patties and now I am using low/no salt ingredients to make them.
It was a very yummy lunch.
